ash’s home studio

currently, ash creates all of their art and offerings out of their home studio in the heart of winnipeg, canada. crafting a natural slow living in the middle of the city, ash uses their own lived experience along with their expertise to help others find and make sustainable beauty in both urban and rural spaces.

the longer-term goal for yarrow atelier includes a studio and art residency space open to the public, surrounded by interactive gardens and greenhouses. a natural oasis that combines learning and working spaces, providing visitors with a glimpse at a more intentional life and the resources to make it.

the official home of sunflower knit

sunflower knit is ash’s first business. beginning in 2014 with the release of their first knitting pattern, it has grown and expanded to supporting ash and willow full-time since 2018. providing fibre witches with sustainable supplies and beautiful knitting patterns, as well as classes to help them gain more confidence in their creativity, makers of all levels can find beautiful tools to help them make heirloom-quality projects.
