returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of receiving the item(s); purchases must be returned in their original undamaged and unused condition (i.e. yarn must not be caked, labels must be intact, no new scents embedded in wool). herbal products and body care items are non-refundable. all permitted refunds shall be in the form of a credit to the original card/paypal account used for payment. such credit shall be posted once ash has confirmed that the returned item is in returnable condition and notifies you via email. all returned items must be shipped with a tracking number, at the customer’s sole cost and expense, to the following address:
