oasis body brush

 my friend amina makes the most beautiful practical brooms and brushes, and her oasis body brush is one of my favourite sensory tools. when my nervous system is feeling jittery, or alternatively when my nerves are numbing me out, i use this to get my skin feeling balanced again and my blood back to the surface.
